better world books business plan

Does anyone know of a good book that would teach me how to promote myself and succeed in the business world?
I’m 22 and I am studying to be a personal trainer. I plan on making a successful career out of it, but I don’t really know how to “do business”.
I also feel like I seem really young for my age which might not give me a competitive edge. I definitely am naive as well.
So can you all give me some advice and suggest some good books. Thanks in advance!
