
Why is it always an issue when Men out-number women in certain field or job?
Ok, this may be a rant, but, I’m curious..

Why is it inadequate? Is it just because there are more men? Is that inherently bad? Why is it always an issue when Men out-number women in certain field or job?
It seem to me like feminist have a problem when Men out-number women in certain field or job
I highly doubt that there are “discrimination”. Maybe there are just more men who are qualified for the job.
we only have a problem if the men outnumber the women because the HR dept thinks that only men can do the job.
