I am 18 years old, trying to start a business, advice and help needed please!?

Me and 3 of my friends have dreamed creation of our company in recent years … Property Development, now we all know abit more about the construction, building and running a business, and they now have some money to the bank (not much at this stage), but basically we want more information on how to do it, and how to approach people, I said that we need a mentor, where will I find someone who will be ready help me really. Legal fees / planning, I'm sure we can develop a business plan very well as I watched many outstanding examples, has anyone advice. I know that the market is not exactly holding a solid structure for the moment Does this mean that we should walk back or what? Thank you very much, can you advise please?

same answer as before – wait. It is not easy to create a business, let alone in a sector such as property development. If I were you, I think you and your friends must work for a property development company so that you can learn what happens behind the scenes first hand and collect knowledge and experience. A business plan is still all theory and no practical experience knowledge of your account for nothing.
