Is Bank of America in trouble?
Bank of America has started to take money from account holders, creating millions of unknown charges and just lost an 8 billion dollar law suit. They have been taking hundreds of millions of dollars from small accounts without any permission from account holders, I have money in some BOA accounts and in the last 2 weeks I got 6 unknown charges and cost me about 3 hours of phone calls to get the money back into my account, I still have 2 more to fight. Is my money safe? I’m closing my savings account and business checking with Bank of America, i think they are the greediest organization in the planet and they were not fit to make those purchases, now they are trying to steal people’s money and I guess soon will also be filling for bankruptcy. Is any one experiencing the same issues? How can we stop them or advice people?
They cannot just take your money, that is illegal. Plus your money is federally insured up to about $100,000, so yes it is safe.
