business insurance magazine

Where can I research more about the advantages and disadvantages of obtaining a company car for my small business?
I small business and graphic arts to think a company car. It is not about status, but the functionality (currently my own car is 97 and isn't reliable enough or large to move in the equipment). I was thinking something along xb graft because it could easily be wrapped I have a car and mobile advertising (instead of bombing more adds in newspapers and magazines). I want to make sure I make a decision about this, but I need help knowing where I focus my research. Would I fund in the name of the company? What car insurance? Should I talk to my accountant and get ideas on taxes and depreciation?
If you are located I would simply recommend that you consult your accountant. If you're not prepared I recommend the following: 1) the car in your name: Works better if the company fails. You do not need insurance companies, $$$$$$$! 2) Use standard insurance unless you are transporting people. Do what you have to do to NOT wear business customers. Have them meet you somewhere. If you make customers, you need commercial insurance. Other then that if you had an accident, that's all you have is an accident. But if you have clients, so it is better to have insurance companies. I do not carry the customers and I do not carry business insurance. What might be a good reason not to rap your vehicle. 3) Basically the IRS can be to claim your all your receipts … gasoline, maintenance, insurance, etc. .. or you can simply take the mileage strike. I recommend write off mileage. You Just keep track of your mileage and then at the end of the year you just give that to your tax preparer and your done. Remember that the IRS does not allow you to depreciate personal miles and miles in the office … everyone must get to work. 4) You need to consider whether should buy or rent. If you rent, you can deduct the amount of the rental … as opposed to a% of purchase price and I think it is only for 3 years (with a value of depreciation.) Be careful if you rent. Leasing my needs big deal, but can be a monkey on your back if the lease is not good for you. Regarding mileage, is at lest 15,000 per year and if you think you'll need to buy more in advance. If you buy beginning of the lease, they are a fraction of the price rather than buying them in turn in Hope I was helpful. I recommend you speak with a tax professional in your state. The site below – I thought it might interest you, a person graphics. I have learned to keep the business … simple Word of mouth is still the best … it just takes time! Remember that word … integrity. Good luck and God bless you!
