How is the Job rate and pay in Florida?

I am hoping on going to move down in Florida for Business school and hopefully getting a part job in HR. How much do jobs generally pay in Florida. I am getting tired of NJ/NY and wanted to live somewhere warmer. Should I move to Florida or stay in NJ/NY area

Minimum wage is $7.5. I don’t think FL jobs pay as much as NY jobs.. but living is cheaper here.
