There is an insurance clause in this contract, I'm not understanding.

Basically, this is a contract be signed between a company in Colorado, and a software development company in Kentucky. The contract that was sent from CO had a point of insurance, which basically says that the development corporation had to add CO Company for their business insurance. Is this normal? The lawyer said that CO was the norm in contracts, and yet, I searched Google for days and have absolutely found anything close to that. Could someone help? I would be happy to forward the actual paragraph if someone are willing to take a look to see the exact wording used.

Sure. He probably said something like "Co KY include CO Co, naming an additional insured on the liability in respect of their interest in co KY operations performed on their behalf "or such. This is normal. The company KY, their carrier will probably liabiltiy General that – depending on the type of operation – for $ 50 to $ 250. It is the language of the standard contract. Ask your agent, because they give me on this.
