How to write a business proposal?

I work for a charity and want to associate a company in a collaboration which would certainly benefit the business and raise the profile of our charity. I've never done this before and I get a blow to this topic. Can you help me or give me an example of a short proposal? Free advice is welcome. it seems that the web is full of business who want to help us buy ..

The other thing I would do is perhaps speak of a great organization you have face (even if you offer!) – Explain what you do and ask for their help. Am sure that most do not be pos + about helping charity. If you can not identify one that you know, talk with your local chamber of commerce and see if they can guide you. This way, you can construct the proposal in "real time" rather than sitting in an office trying to imagine the pitch. By the way it is (IMHO) no good, a slide presentation can do the job and a plan detailed on page 100 companies – he just needs to the audience and your goals. Good Luck
