Professional way to close a business letter?
I was wondering how the closing of my sponsorship proposal letter should look like. I want to include:
-Name (John Doe)
-Job title (CEO)
-Job (Jane’s Plumbing)
-E-mail (bob@google.com)
-Phone number (123-4567)
-Website (www.google.com)
BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO ORDER THOSE!!!
Also does it matter the spacing in between the lines? I know you’re supposed to quadruple space after your “sincerely” then you put your name and your information, but in the information, do you space anything?
Actually, if you guys could just give me an example of what it should look like with the information I provided above, that would be the best.
Thanks in advance
John Doe,
CEO
Jane’s Plumbing
Phone: 123-4567
E-mail: bob@google.com
Website: www.google.com
no need for spacing
