business risks in china
Could contract claim against the companies and foreign investors in countries like China, etc.?

I fully understand the risk vs. principle return — but how long can we continue to do business with the government that could become "cons" foreign investors? The nearest example I have is with the Cuban Revolution and their nationalization of refineries Texaco after Fidel took power total. From purely commercial perspective, these companies as Texaco lost a big loss as how can we protect our investments in China – if China decides that is in their best interest to nationalize American or English, etc. properties owned and plants? Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

Of course, it will eventually turn against. Consider some facts. 1. China is a communist country that has not even value of health and well being of their own citizens, let us alone. 2. When the Berlin Wall fell, China said they "destroy America without a shot. "3. Once their economy becomes truly operational (it is almost there now, and it may already be be because they do not release the real facts on their economies to foreign press), they will not need us anymore. 4. They built their empire on our dollars, then they have built their financial markets on our debt, they now have most of our jobs, most of our manufacturing facilities and access to all of our patents and "business secrets". Within 5 years, 10 at most, they will slam shut their borders. They will keep all the facilities of foreign companies idiot and know-how and continue to produce products and flooding the world with their shit. And we slide faster and faster towards the third world ranking, we have no choice but to buy it. Good luck to us all.
