What’s the best way to tell your potential employer why you did not give a 2 week notice before you left?

I left because I got tired of the double standards and accountability issues. I worked in the main office of the company. I just got sick and tired to having to correct all the forms that the other branches sent me. Even if the other branch offices sent documents after the cut-off time, management still approved it and made us process their work instead of waiting until the next business day. It’s kinda of hard to work when the rules and procedures are not enforced. Eventually, there was a big issue with the system it got upgraded but was not checked for bugs. Some the system was showing old information for some employees from previous years. Now my job was to take all this old information out and contact the branch offices about it. I took some out the previous day but there were some many to take out and I also other duties to attend too. Stuff like this happens every week. So I just got fed up and left. I stayed there for about a year hoping things would get better.

Just tell them that you did give a 2 week notice.
