business times

How many times is a company allowed to try to recover funds from an NSF check?
I now 3 charges of insufficient funds because the store is continuing to deposit the check that bounced and there is still no money in this account.
Well, it depends. depending on where you wrote the check-out. When a check bounces it is many days, they must wait before you can try again. depending on the amount of the check it might be 2 or 3 times. Some buisnesses then send the NSF in collections, which will display your credit file. but other companies will contact the police.
