How long does it take to find a job in a magazine business?
such as: writer, event planner, etc.. How about a job as wedding planner??? Also, does anybody know what it takes to become a good wedding planner? or magazine staff????

If you want to be a magazine writer, you should first obtain a degree in journalism from a good journalism school, such as the University of Missouri School of Journalism, Northwestern University, or Columbia University, to mention three of the best-known schools. However, you can also offer to do freelance articles — propose some topics and send them to magazines that interest you — but this, of course, lacks the stability of regular employment.
