business plan for my nightclub?

I am starting up my own nightclub and I need to create my own business plan. marketing plan, finances etc. I would appreciate some help etc?

Assuming you already have a logo, a slogan, a good position for your night club, your business plan should be divided into:
executive summary (done at the end)
Objectives (measurable financial,…etc)
Action plan
financials
And for more details, you might also want to know:
SWOT analysis
identify your marketing strategy (cost benefit, product differentiation, …ect)
competitive analysis
