
How does the marketing concept relate to “business to business” marketing?
I have to write an essay on this… just need someone to point me in the right direction
Business to business marketing is huge and covers every aspect of the commercial world, from stationery to machinery. It’s the ‘hidden’ side of marketing, which the general public very rarely gets to see. When you consider all the items that, for example, an office needs to function, let alone, say a manufacturer, you get some idea of the scale and the importance of it. It is also very profitable – millions of pounds are spent on b2b marketing every year, with variable results. I hope that starts you off in the right direction. If you haven’t already been there, try looking at the Institute of Marketing’s website – they might have a few more pointers.
