can i get a visa/green card 2 usa or canada as a certified wedding planner setting up my own business there ?

hi i have wanted to live in usa my hole life but i have an interest in canada 2 i do have very distant family in canada but i am a certified wedding planner and plan to set up my own business here then after a few years move to america … but can i get a visa/green card to the usa or canada on the grounds that i am a wedding planner setting up an american branch of my own wedding planning business?

You need about $500,000 to invest in a business to get immigration approval. And if you were to work for anyone else, this is not a sufficiently high skill to qualify for an employment based visa.
