What degree do I ask if I'm interesteted in graphic design and financial affairs?

3 years working at a bank. and yet I always end up making the team logo designs volenteering to do something to do with computer design, including advertising. I want a job that makes me draw pictures or make online ads in the financial field. What should I aim for? BA in Communication Arts? Marketing? I need to be in the right direction! Thank you!
