there is a business that takes care of them, its well known but kind of difficult to find them, especially being that they enjoy working under the radar.
the official name of one of these people is an assassin.
they are often called hitmen.
their fees are quite large and they have no problem with saying who hired them if caught. although this varies from person to person.
