The arrival of my wife and I, as legal immigrants, were full of good and high expectations in Phoenix, Arizona, USA. We felt in dismay for being not in accordance of what we have expected due to the recent recession. We are good and honest individuals wherein we trusted persons who turned out to be scammers. However, these events did not discourage us. We must face everything to survive. We are facing the obstacle in our lives. We still believe that there are lots of good opportunities in USA.

Last year, 2009, we decided to try the internet marketing tools that were available to us, for ads are always being published in the internet, as well as in the TV channels and newspapers. For me, it was a new professional venture and learning for having no knowledge on building an internet website. I applied for two domain names registration in a web domain provider and paid for the whole year fees by credit card with corresponding emailed receipt. It turned out that it was a scam for my domain names were not registered by the provider.

The provider tried to collect from my credit card a second time but thwarted for I requested my bank to dispute the amount charged. The amount was refunded in my bank account. We trusted the TV program so we visited the given site address and saw an ad for a free CD work at home job and to pay only $1.97 for the shipment cost. Since the charge seems affordable, my wife filled up the site form giving her credit card number to pay only the shipping cost.

Our bank called up for the amount charged against our credit card was $72.21. I requested my credit card bank to replace my credit card with different number and to dispute the amount charged for being unauthorized payment. I gave them copies of my supporting email communications with the scammer. The bank was able to squeeze the scammer for the refund and returned the amount to my bank account accordingly.

Thru internet browsing researchs, I was able to find and obtained approval for my applications as advertisers’ affiliate publisher of various internet marketing training systems and account administors and advertisers. We have now a work at home job as internet online marketers. There are some good and honest website owners who are offering and sharing their expertise and services for free. I sincerely appreciate their unselfish helpful gestures for developing other websites’ traffics.

I am now on my way of approaching the entrance of success where I am expecting more challenges to be met, more unknowns will be discovered, more knowledge will be learned and more hard work will be exerted. Hoping that my affiliate advertisers and account administrators could understand and patiently wait for the results of my hard work. Through Faith to God, “Every thing is going to be alright”.

Finally, there is happiness and satisfaction for unselfishly showing and sharing the talents and blessings that God has given. There are always nice places for good, honest and generous individuals. In difficult times, we are learning to understand life.
