Should I register a company to have my own website?

I created a website that is free for people and what is commentary and reviews / opinions of certain things. I'm not selling anything (unless the companies would have to pay for advertising on my site). So, do I need to register as a business? Or simply create the site, and from there? Its free. Also, if I have companies that want to advertise, can we pay me as an individual? Or he must be a business? Is it worthwhile? LOL.

Great question! Since there is no sales transactions concerned, you do not need to register a company. However, if you want a more professional business and be able to sell space advertising on your site, you must register your business.
